Our space-saving single fryer combines performance with a minimal footprint, so your guests enjoy crisp fried foods while you appreciate a compact design that’s easy to handle and clean. Standard fryer ships with 2 stainless steel wire baskets, each featuring a cool-touch handle for comfort and safety. Features a lighted power switch and oil-ready indicators, thermostatically control up to 375°F, and auto shutoff at 500°F. The 3-position fryer head enables easy pan removal and cleaning while the one-piece stainless tank with handles lifts out for cleaning. cULus and NSF Listed. Certified for use in Canada. US 120V model shown with NEMA 5-15P plug. This unit will have a NEMA 5-20P plug.
