Long Description An 11 quart capacity drop-in rethermalizer designed to take a container of cooked food from a chilled state (below 40°F/4⅖°C) through the HACCP "danger zone" to 165°F/73.9°C in less than 90 minutes, using innovative induction technology to run dry (without a water bath). Features remote advanced solid state controls and a brushed stainless steel exterior with black base. Includes power cord. Fits drop-in holes 10⅜"~10⁷⁄₁₆" diameter. cULus, FC and NSF Listed.
