Designed using the highest quality materials and components to provide the user with colder product temperatures, lower utility costs, exceptional food safety and the best value in today’s food service marketplace. Using environmentally friendly R290 hydro carbon refrigerant, the extra large evaporator coil is balanced with a higher horsepower compressor and large condenser and maintains cabinet temperatures of 33°F to 38°F (0.5°C to 3.3°C) for the best in food preservation. The top is one piece, heavy duty reinforced stainless steel with a drip resistant “V” edge that protects against spills, and the base is all stainless steel front, top and sides, with a corrosion resistant GalFan coated steel back. Includes two drawers, each accommodating 1 full-size 4" deep food pan and 3 sixth-size 4" deep food pans (sold separately), and 4" casters. Unit supports up to 717 lbs (326 kg). cULus and UL EPH Certified.
