Features 6 meat selections (Beef, Veal, Lamb, Pork, Chicken, Turkey), 4 taste selections (Well-done, Medium, Medium-rare, Rare), an operating temperature range of 14°F to 572°F (-10°C to 300°C), an inner sensor for room temperature: (-4°F to 122°F / -20°C to 50°C), °C/°F switchable, standard magnetic back, timer/alarm function when meat reaches the target setting, auto-shut off, a 2" × 1½" LCD screen with blue backlight, a remote probe and a direct probe.
