Long Description The Vertical Cutter Mixer R10 is designed for processing both large and small quantities of meat, vegetables and smooth textured mousses, as well as for grinding and kneading food product in a minimum of time. The powerful 5½HP induction direct drive motor (no belt) offers two speeds at 1,800 and 3,600 RPM. Includes an 20 litre (21.1 quart) stainless steel bowl and stainless steel smooth 3-blade assembly. cETLus and ETL Sanitation listed.
