The CL50 Ultra Vegetable Preparation Machine is ideal for slicing, ripple cutting, grating, dicing, shredding and making french fries from all types of fruit and vegetables, as well as grating cheese. It has a large hopper and can make a variety of cuts with a comprehensive range of 59 optional discs, for slicing, ripple-cutting, grating and cutting into sticks, strips or dice with optimum quality and precision every time. Includes the 3×3×3mm (⅛×⅛×⅛"") brunoise disc and 3mm (⅛") waffle/gaufrette disc. All parts which come into contact with foodstuffs can easily be removed for cleaning, thus maintaining the highest standards of hygiene. Single speed of 425 RPM.
