Long Description Fryer Puck® concentrated cleaner tablets are a low foaming, heavy duty detergent formulated to meet the toughest cleaning jobs. Pre-measured 4oz tablets help reduce foam and boil over, avoiding a mess to clean up. They have excellent cleaning capacity and high soil, fat and grease tolerance. Fryer Puck tablets increase food quality and taste.
