Instagram Giveaway Terms & Conditions
Eligibility: This Instagram giveaway is open to participants aged 18 years or above, residing in Canada, except employees of Canadian Restaurant Supply and their immediate family members.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on April 12, 2024 and ends on April 19, 2024. All entries must be submitted before the end of the entry period. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.
How to Enter: To enter the giveaway, participants must:
- Follow @canadianrestaurantsupply on Instagram
- Like the giveaway post
- Tag a friend in the comments section of the giveaway post
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries received during the entry period. The selection will be conducted within 5 days after the end of the entry period.
Prize: The prize for this giveaway is a Global Kabuto 7 Piece Professional Knife Set. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
Notification: The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 5 days after the winner selection date. The winner must respond to the notification within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the specified timeframe, a new winner may be selected.
Public Announcement: By entering this giveaway, participants agree that their Instagram username may be publicly announced as the winner on @canadianrestaurantsupply's Instagram page and other social media platforms.
Shipping: If applicable, shipping costs within Canada to major cities for the prize will be covered by Canadian Restaurant Supply.
Privacy: Any personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and will not be shared with any third parties.
Compliance: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility regarding this giveaway.
Acceptance of Terms: By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Modification or Termination: Canadian Restaurant Supply reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this giveaway at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law: This giveaway and these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
