Traulsen Prep Tables are made with stainless steel through and through - from rails and covers to interior door liners. Features reliable microprocessor control with LED temperature display for a self-contained refrigeration system using R-450A refrigerant. Accommodates 6" deep insert pans in multiple configurations, with full-, half-, and third-size pans not requiring any adapter bars. Includes 2 shelves, 6" casters, and a single door hinged on the right (field rehingeable). ETL and NSF listed.
