Long Description With four individually controlled wells with infinite temperature controls for 1000W heating elements wired standard to one main control panel, this hot food table can be installed into your custom buffet counter. Includes 18-gauge stainless steel top, galvanized steel exterior body, ½" stainless steel drains, and a non-marring press fit top gasket. Wells are depressed slightly into the top to hold in condensation, can be operated wet or dry, can hold full size (20" × 12") steam table pans up to 6" deep, and are manifolded together standard to one main gate valve (on the left back). UL, cUL and NSF certified.
