Long Description 36" Range mounted gas infra‑red salamander broiler on the left-hand side. Available to mount over Garland Starfire Pro G Series 60" Restaurant range. Features two 20,000 BTU (5.86kW) atmospheric infra-red burners with individual hi/lo valves, 3-position adjustable rack, and stainless steel top, front, sides, backsplash and bottom, with a high-shelf for the 24" mounting extension. Natural Gas, 40,000 BTU (11.72kW) total. CSA Flame, CSA Star, NSF Listed. Standard operating elevation is under 2,000 ft ASL; otherwise a high elevation conversion kit will be required. Note: may not be compatible with older model ranges.
