Long Description USED With Convotherm's 9" easyTouch full-touch screen, cooking can be automatic with Press&Go cooking with quick select buttons. TrayTimer keeps track of individual trays to help with oven-load management for different products at the same time. Includes Disappearing Door connection to allow the right-hinged door to slide back along the side for more space and added safety. Steam generated by injecting water into the cooking chamber. Includes 7 slide rails (2.68" max spacing) for up to 6 full-size steam table pans (1" & 2½"), half size wire shelves (12" × 20"), 6 half-size sheet pans (12" × 20"), 6 frying baskets (12" × 20"), or 15 plates for optional plate rack. cULus and NSF listed. Includes 3 wire shelves and mobile open-base stand (not shown). Unit is USED and in working condition with decent appearance. Image shown shows new unit.
