Insulated with an environmentally safe foaming material to prevent heat loss, save energy and protect the environment. Includes a water pan to help prevent moisture loss and protect the flavor. Holds up to 18 full-size sheet pans. cETLus and ETL Sanitation listed. Includes power cord but requires a NEMA 5-20P plug (not included).
