Long Description Constructed with a high quality white powder coated steel exterior, 300 stainless steel top and attached frame structure, white powder coated aluminum interior, and plain glass front and side panels for extra large viewing area to maximize presentation. Cold wall refrigeration system maintains -10°F to 0°F (-23°C to -18°C). Includes two night covers for case opening, electronic control system for temperature display, temperature set and defrost frequency, and LED lamp to provide more even lighting throughout the cabinet to enhance product appearance. Displays 12 tubs of 3 gallon ice cream and stores 8 tubs below. Uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. cETLus and ETL Sanitation listed.
