Long Description Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, and matching aluminum finished back, this chef base has a cabinet top that is one piece of heavy duty reinforced stainless steel with a drop resistant "V" edge that protects against spills. The cabinet interior has rounded corners for easy cleaning. The refrigeration system holds 33°F to 38°F (-0.5°C to 3.3°C) for optimum food preservation with an electronic control system for adjustable temperature and defrost frequency. Easily accessible condenser coil for cleaning. Includes standard heavy duty casters. Holds up to 18 Sixth-Size 6" Deep insert pans. cETLus and ETL Sanitation listed.
