Long Description Constructed with stainless steel interior and exterior, and matching aluminum finished back, this chef base has a cabinet top that is one piece of heavy duty reinforced stainless steel with a drop resistant "V" edge that protects against spills. The cabinet interior has rounded corners for easy cleaning. The refrigeration system holds 33°F to 41°F (-0.5°C to 5°C) for optimum food preservation with an electronic control system for adjustable temperature and defrost frequency. Easily accessible condenser coil for cleaning. Includes standard heavy duty casters. Holds up to 2 Full-Size 6" Deep insert pans. cETLus and ETL Sanitation listed.
