CMA Energy Mizer® low temperature, chemical sanitizing commercial dishwasher is constructed entirely of stainless steel with construction standards, and operates without the use of booster and tank heaters which produces no steam. Fits dual standard racks with a large 20½" clearance for dishes, and can process up to 80 racks (320 covers) per hour using only 0.96 gallons of water per rack. Features front-right-to-left-side corner operation, with top mounted controls with built-in chemical pumps and deliming system that assures proper chemical usage, auto start/stop making operation safe and easy, built-in Poly Pro scrap accumulator with all stainless steel drawer to prevent food soil from entering the drain system, and a water inlet with a built-in strainer which prevents debris from clogging the water valve. Includes 2 standard dishracks. cULus, ETL Sanitation, and ENERGY STAR® certified.
