The Berkel Combi Cutter by Hällde processes up to 80 portions per day or 2 kilograms per minute. Using the Vegetable Preparation attachment allows you to dice, slice, grate, shred, julienne, fry cut and crimping slice in a variety of dimensions. With the 3L Cutter Bowl attachment, you can chop grind, mix, purée, blend and mince meats, aromatic butters, dressings, desserts, purées, pâtés, soups and more. Speeds are automatically selected for the accessory currently attached, giving perfect results for either function. With all loose parts being machine washable, cleaning is fast and easy.
